This classic art course introduces students to the fundamental principles of drawing and painting, helping them see the world through the eyes of an artist. Through a series of guided lessons, students will practice essential skills such as perspective, composition, shading, and color mixing while experimenting with a variety of materials including pencil, watercolor, acrylics, and gouache.

Projects will range from still life and landscapes to sketching and creative expression, allowing students to explore texture, volume, light, and space. Along the way, they’ll build dexterity, strengthen observation skills, and gain confidence in their artistic abilities. This course provides a strong foundation for future artists, architects, designers, and illustrators.
