Taught by the internationally recognized Chef Camillo, who was a 2019 contestant on Food Network's Chopped and a featured chef in Wedding Cake Weekend! The students will be placed in teams of four. Chef Camillo will supply a basket of unknown ingredients and the students will decide on what to prepare. He will instruct and judge on the final dish...who will be the next Chop'd Champion?!
