In the creative writing course, students will learn techniques and tools to give the untold stories of their minds the structure they'll need to come to life. Some elements of storytelling they'll discover will be cause-and-effect, the arch of the well-made story, character development, role archetypes, and more.

In addition, students will be undergoing writing challenges to stretch their imaginations and give them the inspiration they need to get excited about creating an original narrative. They'll also be working together collaboratively in exercises that require them to take and integrate each other's contributions, teaching them to work together, listen, and value other's input. In doing this, they'll also develop pride in their own creativity as they see the way their thoughts and ideas bring their friends' stories to the next level.
