The students will be introduced to the basic techniques of Japanese jujutsu. The students will learn basic stances, 3 hand techniques, 3 kicks, and appropriate warm-up exercises. In addition they will learn how to count from 1-10 in Japanese. The techniques are practiced equally on both left and right sides and then in combinations.
