Class Description
With a dense curriculum of cardio, strength training, and stretching, your child will have an action-packed experience to look forward to every session. Hello, I'm Danny Cardiff.
During the pandemic, unable to go train at a martial arts gym, I decided to find new ways to exercise. I decided to receive education and graduate from Focus Personal Training Institute in New York City, mostly out of bordem, where I learned anatomy, programming, and different ways to workout specific parts of the body. I learned I enjoyed training a lot.
