Class Description
Taught by the internationally recognized Chef Camillo, who was a 2019 contestant on Food Network's *Chopped* and featured chef in *Wedding Cake Weekend!* Together the students and I will recreate the famous British Bake-Off. I will instruct and help prepare a special dessert each week and the students will receive a recipe, cookbook, and chefs hat to take home. Who will win THE GREAT BAKE-OFF?
