Class Description
Welcome to our afterschool cooking class for elementary school students! In this class, we will learn how to make delicious and healthy meals that are perfect for young chefs. We will explore the basics of cooking, from chopping and stirring to measuring and mixing. Plus, we will have a lot of fun along the way! Each week, we will make a new recipe that will not only taste great, but will also teach us important kitchen skills. So grab your aprons and let's get cooking!
Please note: To run this class, the school must provide access to a sink and have basic cooking supplies, including hot plates, cutting boards, and child-friendly knives. If these are not available, the school must be willing to purchase them in advance. Please refer to this list of cooking supplies:
